We ship from coast to coast anywhere in Canada.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Taxes are applied to all Canadian orders according to province rules that you are in.

On orders less than $150 before taxes, shipping cost equals to $20.
On average it takes 24 to 48 hours to process your purchase before it can be shipped out.
All Orders will be shipped by Canada Post and typically takes 3 - 10 business days to reach their destination. After your goods are shipped you will receive Tracking Number that will be sent to your e-mail.
In some circumstances, when you place your order we might not have all/ any quantities in a specific size, colour or style of an item available, in this case we will have those items placed on a BACK ORDER and will require additional 7-14 days to obtain your goods. As soon as we get a hold of your complete order, we will ship it to you, immediately.
At the same time, one of our Customer Support representatives will be in contact with you, during the whole process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at Work N Wear always stand behind our products and services. That’s why we will do our best to provide you all the possible help and support.
You may exchange or return all of our products within 30 days from the day of purchase, Provided they are in new/ unused, resalable with tags on condition. In case a return is a result of our mistake (incorrect/ defective item sent) we will gladly cover all return shipping costs. Otherwise, Work N Wear is not responsible for any return shipping charges.
A $20 restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not our mistake.
At the same time, there are few things you need to know to make this process fast, easy and successful. You require:
- Receipt (confirmation of purchase, order number).
- Item in resalable condition (brand new/unused with all tags etc.)
- Original, undamaged packing box.

Please, provide your contact information with the order “number” or receipt “number”. After that, our customer service representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. In case after inspection the product is determined to be defective, we will gladly exchange it.
All footwear products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials.
WORK BOOTS WARRANTY
Work N Wear honors a 90 day warranty on all footwear products, from the day of purchase.
(Unless other is specified by the manufacturer)
What is NOT covered:
- Comfort issues (unless outlined by manufacturer)
- Fit related problems once footwear has been worn outdoors.
- Daily wear & tear.
- Damage to laces.
- Extreme wear on the toes from using it as a tool (kicking/ hammering)
- Heel separation.
- Excessive, inappropriate or abusive wear conditions.
- Damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning and leather conditioning)
- Damaged by misuse, neglect, accident.
- Modification or unauthorized repair.
