- Material – Pioneer’s Quilted Cotton Safety Coveralls are made from 88% premium cotton blended with 12% high-tenacity nylon which enhance the physical and thermal characteristics of the garment
- Design – This FR-Tech® safety coverall has a unique design where all metal components of the garment are concealed to ensure no arc flash conductivity with an ARC 4 rating.
- Visibility – Sewn with inherently FR thread, our safety coveralls include StarTech® FR reflective tape to keep users protected in low-light conditions or on any hazardous jobsite
- Features – With a Thermal Protective Performance (TPP) value of 18.8, tough double-stitched seams, and a radiophone clip strap, these quilted coveralls promote durability, comfort, and versatility.
- Certification – These Flame-Resistant Safety Coveralls meets ASTM F1506-10a, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462-15, and have an ATPV of 46 cal/cm². Additionally, all material and components of the garment meet CGSB 155.20-2017 and NFPA 2112-2018 certified to UL.
