and materials for 90 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
Footwear Warranty
All Footwear* is covered by limited manufacturer's warranty. All products are warranted against defects in workmanship
and materials for 90 days from date of purchase. (Unless others are specified by the manufacturer)
After an inspection, when a product is determined to be defective, we will gladly replace, exchange or refund it at our discretion.
*- does not include clearance and final sale items.
What is NOT covered?
- Daily wear & tear.
- Damage to laces.
- Damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning, leather conditioning).
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accident, excessive inappropriate or abusive wear (extreme wear arising from footwear being used as a tool).
- Modification or unauthorized repair.
- Comfort and fit-related issues once footwear has been worn outdoors (unless outlined by the manufacturer).
